Klimaire DC Inverter Air Conditioners are the ultimate cooling and heating technology of the HVAC field. They are called “DC inverter” because the alternative current (AC) is converted to Direct Current (DC) then, direct
current inverted back to Alternative current with desired frequency. As known, the current supplied through the wall outlet has fixed frequency which is 60 Hertz. Different frequencies supplied to the compressor will result
different running speeds of the compressor.
Klimaire Inverter control systems use Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) that is the most advanced and energyefficient method of inverting the current.
DC Inverter air conditioners bear special compressors that their speed could be changed by increasing or decreasing the frequency of the supplied power.
Therefore, unlike conventional split Air Contioners/Heat Pumps which cycle between on and off repeatedly, the DC Inverter control system will monitor the room temperature and adjust the compressor speed automatically.
Conventional compressors turn on and off to maintain the room temperature at desired level. This will result compressor to draw tremendous energy each time it starts up. This will also reduce the life-span of the compressor and other components that are turning on and off.
Once a conventional system is running, it runs at its maximum speed, consuming the maximum amount of energy in order to produce the maximum of cooling or heating to maintain the desired temperature. The system will then cycle between on and off in an effort to maintain this temperature.
When a DC Inverter compressor initially starts up, it runs with a higher speed to bring the room temperature to desired level rapidly, Once the set temperature is reached, it slows down and adjust its capacity just to counter
the heat loss or heat gain of the building. By this way it will maintain a constant temperature.

WARRANTY FROM THE MANUFACTURER

· 5-year on compressor and 1-year other parts.
* Registration card will be sent in the package; this card should be filled by HVAC technician (installer). A lot of customers have called us asking if they install the unit without the licensed AC Company, will their warranty be void? Answer to that question is Yes. Unfortunately no brand or manufacturer can take the responsibility of the equipment if it was not professionally installed.

Kingersons Store Warranty: If anything defective or damaged upon delivery contact Kingersons within 15 days. Kingersons at that point will provide free replacement. After first 30 days, your warranty for parts and compressor is moved from Kingersons to the Manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranty: Once the warranty rolls over to the manufacturer, you will have a toll free number for your tech support for any assistance you may need with the product in future. On Air Conditoners you will receive five years on compressor and one year on parts from them.
TIP: Installing a split AC is easy for any AC company, but can get tricky for a homeowner. In many cities it is illegal to touch a refrigerant and perform other such activities without a license. We as a company cannot encourage a customer to install the split AC, but have seen a lot of customers do it in the past. At the same time we have seen some customers installing the unit unprofessionally without performing all the necessary steps, which resulted in issues with the AC unit within the first 3 months.

In short, you can do all the handyman work yourself but can hire an AC company to finish the important process on the Split unit. For example you can drill the hole in the wall, hang the indoor unit on the wall carefully and then place the outdoor unit outside on a concrete pad or a flat surface. But there are some steps you cannot perform, as you do not have tools for it. Which is where your AC Company gets involved to finish all the necessary steps. For example they will need to vacuum the lines, check for the leaks and then release the refrigerant.
Also, remember no matter how good of an install kit the manufacturer provides, these steps are a must for a successful split AC installation. Some company's selling split AC will make you believe their installation kit is quick connect, which means you do not have to have a AC company to install it. But that is not true. Our install kits are “quick connect” too, but any thing can go wrong during the shipment or the parts in the package. For example the copper lines may have a small hole from manufacturing defect. So for example if the lines are not tested for leaks, the refrigerant will leak slowly after installation and within 1-2 months your AC will stop working and you will end up paying $500 or more to have more refrigerant added. So it is worth having it installed the right way to begin with. Your local AC Company can charge you on an hourly basis and above-mentioned process should not take more than 1-2 hours. But if they install the whole unit from scratch to finish, number of hours can vary depending upon each individual situation. This process will not only ensure you have a working split AC for a long time, but at the same time you will have an energy efficient AC that saves you electricity bills as well.

Delivery Acceptance Terms:
If you receive a package that seems damaged or dented, please open the package in front of the driver and after inspection if you see the product has a severe damage you can refuse the package and call us immediately. We will then arrange a new shipment (Free Replacement) ASAP.

Please note: If the box looks visibly damaged, the product inside may still be in perfect condition as they are well padded for shipping purposes.

DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE
If unit (any product) is defective, depending upon the brand you buy, it will be taken care of by manufacturer warranty. Usually they will send out the replacement part within 24 hours, if replacing part is not a solution, they would probably replace the whole unit if the product was found defective. Replacement will only be made with the same model, if customer decides to upgrade or downgrade to a different model, we'll treat it as a return and a new order.

* All returns should be in original packaging and in brand new condition. Installed products are not considered brand new and cannot be returned.

* All damaged returns and replacements must be requested within 24 hours after the receipt of the product. *

Before shipping the product back, you should request an RA# (Return Authorization number), without an RA# your package will not be accepted, will be refused and sent back by the warehouse.

RETURNS
For all returns, customer is responsible to ship product back to our warehouse at their own expense; restocking fee of 19% will apply regardless if defective and original shipping fee (from $69 to $189 depending upon the product you purchased) will not be refunded as it is paid to the trucking company's and they are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS
If you placed the order and you wanted to cancel the order BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED, we will gladly cancel your order and $15.99 cancellation fee will be charged and 3% credit card processing charges will not be refunded. Please make sure that you call us within few hours after the order is placed. We ship the items out same or next business day. We cannot process cancellations after the product is shipped out. It will be considered as a return instead once the product is shipped and you will need to pay the return charges. If the delivery of the shipment is refused above return policy will apply. Once the item is shipped, the shipping company will not refund us the shipping fee back and will charge us for shipping both ways, this will not be refunded if cancelled after the product is shipped and 19% restocking fee will apply.
