* All returns should be in original packaging and brand new condition. Installed products are not considered brand new and cannot be returned. All returns and replacements must be requested within 2 days after the delivery of the product. * As we cannot file for any claims after the initial 2 days with the shipping company. If you decide to return the product for ANY reason, you should request an RA# (Return Authorization number). For complete return instructions contact our office for assistance. |
