Mostly All Of Our Products Are Shipped Same Or Next Day
Your product will be mostly shipped by UPS OR FEDEX and will be delivered in 1-5 business days depending upon your geographical location from our warehouses. We ship products from warehouses in NJ, CA,TX And FL. Mostly if you are close to our warehouses, you should receive the AC in 1-3 business days. We will email you your tracking number soon as its shipped out or you can log into your account on our website by using your email address and password you created at the time of placing order to check all the shipment and product details.
Please remember we only ship to 48 states within United States. Due to expensive shipment fee we do not ship to Hawaii & Alaska. We do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Jamaica and other countries due to custom issues.
Though above shipment and delivery process is what we normally practice, under unforseen circumstances they cannot be guaranteed at all times. But we do our best and mostly succeed to ship the product either same or the next day.
Overnight Shipping Details (if required)
We can ship overnight or by Second Day Air. But beacuse these are air conditioners and the package weighs more than 90 pounds, shipping overnight can be anywhere from $180-$250 depending upon your location from our warehouse in NJ, CA,TX And FL.
WARRANTY - KLIMAIRE HVAC EQUIPMENT
1. (a) STANDARD ONE YEAR LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY
- KLIMAIRE Products, Inc. ("KLIMAIRE")
warrants to the original enduser
of this product that should it prove defective due to
improper workmanship and/or material under normal use
for a period of one year from
the date of installation, KLIMAIRE will repair or replace,
at its option, any defective part without charge for
the part. Replacement parts are
warranted for the remainder of the original warranty
period. International warranty is only given and processed
by International Distributors.
(b) Alternative Condition, at its option, Klimaire will
allow a credit in the amount of the factory selling
price for a new equivalent part towards
the retail purchase price of a new Klimaire product.
(c)THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR or any other
costs incurred for servicing, repairing, removing, installing,
handling of either defective or replacement parts, or
complete unit. Such costs may be covered by a separate
warranty provided by the installer or

to KLIMAIRE in exchange for the replacement part. You
must present proof of the
original date of installation of the product in order
to establish the effective date of the warranty. Otherwise
the effective date will be deemed to
be the date of manufacture plus thirty (30) days.
3. TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE, and/or parts replacement
parts please contact your KLIMAIRE dealer or contractor
this product within the applicable warranty period.
If your dealer or contractor needs assistance, his distributor
is available for consultation, and
KLIMAIRE supports his distributor's efforts.
4. This limited warranty applies only for KTHC packaged
terminal models while unit remains at the site of the
original installation (except for
mobile home installations). This limited warranty applies
only if the unit is installed and operated in accordance
with KLIMAIRE instructions
and in compliance with applicable local installation
and building codes and good trade practices. Owner must
supply proof of properly
maintaining the unit, a minimum of once a season maintenance,
cleaning or replacing filters every month.
5. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER damages caused by:
(a) accident, abuse, negligence, or misuse; (b) operating
the product in a corrosive atmosphere containing chlorine,
fluorine, or any other
damaging chemicals; (c) oxidation, corrosion, water,
water condition, freezing, fire, or other abnormal environmental
conditions (c) installation,
modification, alteration, repair, or service by anyone
other than an authorized KLIMAIRE dealer or contractor;
(d) improper matching or
application of the products or components; (e) lack
of scheduled maintenance or failure to provide proof
of proper maintenance and service to the
product according to the manufacturer’s instructions;
(f) installation and operation of the product in a manner
contrary to the instructions of the
manufacturer; (g) failure or damages due to floods,
winds, accidents, lightning, brownouts, blackouts, fluctuations
in electrical power or other
acts of God; (h) freight damages; (i) equipment used
in a manner contrary to the Operating Instructions.
(j) failures of equipment or compressors
due to incorrect refrigerants contrary to manufacturer’s
recommendations (k) defects, failures or damage due
to the use of any attachment,
accessory or component contrary to manufacturer’s
recommendations, or other conditions beyond the control
of Klimaire, (l) labor or other costs
incurred for diagnosing, repairing, removing, installing,
shipping, servicing or handling or either defective
and/or replacement parts or new units,
and lubrication. This limited warranty also excludes
all costs of installation, disconnection or dismantling
the product, parts used in connection
with normal maintenance such as filters or belts and
owner-required maintenance that are responsibility of
the owner, any refrigerant charges,
disposal or recovery of refrigerants. Consult the instructions
enclosed with the product for information regarding

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS
FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO
A TERM OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL
INSTALLATION. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL KLIMAIRE
BE LIABLE TO THE OWNER OR ANY OTHER PERSON
FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER
ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT

we will gladly make an exchange or send parts for repair. If the unit is delivered damaged, we will have it picked up and send a new replacement at our cost. You
will not pay a single cent. Exchanges will only be made with the
same model - if customer upgrades or
downgrades to a different model, we'll
treat it as a return and new order.
If customer does not want exchange and wants to return it instead and wants a refund, customer is responsible to ship unit back to our warehouse at their own expense; restocking fee of 18% will apply regardless if defective and original shipping and handling fee ($148/per unit) will not be refunded.
